Floor work & Floor Dance
In this class you will learn floor movements and a dance that moves and glides along the floor.
This will help you with confidence, movement and freestyle around the pole during our choreo and pole dance classes.
Suitable for beginners and all levels.
You will need knee pads, heels recommended but not essential.
Layer up for the class in shorts/leggings, you can wear a sports bra and sports top or something more exotic that you feel comfortable and confident in. Leggings and a crop top, shorts and fishnets, whatever you feel good in and can move in. Bring a bottle of water.
A 2% booking fee applies to bookings with a cost.
