This session is perfect if you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or simply ready to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
Spaces are limited to 4 to keep the healing experience personal and nurturing.
What to Bring & Important Information
This venue is upstairs and may not be suitable for everyone
Please arrive by 7.00pm to allow time to settle in. Doors will close promptly at 6.30pm, and unfortunately, we won’t be able to admit anyone after this time once the session begins.
We provide zero gravity chairs , eye masks, and blankets, but we recommend bringing pillows and anything else that will help you feel comfortable throughout the session. Water is essential, so please bring a bottle with you.

• You are under 12 weeks pregnant
• You have a pacemaker fitted
• You experience epilepsy or tinnitus
It is also not recommended to drink alcohol or take recreational drugs before attending a sound bath session.
