Once you are laid on the floor and comfortable, Angela will help you relax your body and mind.
She will start with gentle sounds, using a variety of instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and bells and then lead on to slightly louder sounds using overtones, which create a massage-like effect on the body, helping with relaxation, harmony and inner peace.
Angela likes to work intuitively and will walk round the room. After approximately 45mins she will then gently talk to you, to bring you back to full awareness.
A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to NURTURE YOUR MIND AND BODY. The experience begins with each person lying down or seated in a comfortable position, often with a blanket and an eye mask.
PLEASE NOTE THIS EVENT WILL START PROMPTLY AT 5PM AND THE DOOR WILL BE LOCKED
Mats and head cushions are available, however, please feel free to bring with you anything else that will make this experience more comfortable for you, for example a pillow, a throw or blanket, an eye mask anything else that is, soft for laying on the floor. Please also wear warm comfortable clothing.
