Creative Wellbeing Art Sessions – Mold
Age guidance
These sessions are suitable for participants aged 12 and over. Young people aged 12–17 are very welcome but must attend with a parent, guardian or supervising adult.
Join a welcoming small-group creative programme designed to help you slow down, relax and reconnect with your creativity.
These fortnightly sessions offer a supportive space where people can gather, explore art materials and enjoy the simple pleasure of making something with their hands.
You don’t need any previous art experience. The focus is not on artistic skill, but on curiosity, creativity and the enjoyment of the process.
If you have any additional needs, health conditions or require support to attend, please let us know when booking so we can ensure the session is suitable and supportive for you.
Our sessions are designed as small, supportive group experiences. At this stage, we may not be able to provide one-to-one or specialist support for individuals with more complex needs. If you are unsure whether this session is suitable, please get in touch before booking
Each session gently guides participants through a structured creative activity designed to support:
• relaxation and mindful focus
• creative exploration
• confidence building
• social connection
• emotional wellbeing
Participants will have the opportunity to experiment with materials such as paint, natural materials, craft processes and simple creative techniques. Many people are surprised by what they create and leave with both a finished piece of work and a sense of pride in what they have made.
The sessions are delivered in a small, supportive group (maximum 12 people) so everyone can feel comfortable, welcomed and able to explore creativity at their own pace.
These sessions are also a chance to meet others in a relaxed setting and enjoy time away from the busyness of everyday life.
Creative practice can support wellbeing by encouraging focus, emotional expression, gentle challenge and connection with others in a shared creative space.
