Buggy Blast is a fun outdoor fitness class designed for parents with babies and toddlers in buggies.
Small group class – limited spaces available.
These sessions combine walking, strength exercises and bodyweight training to give you a full-body workout while enjoying fresh air and meeting other local parents.
Classes are suitable for most fitness levels and are designed to be welcoming, supportive and relaxed. Babies stay in their buggies while you exercise, and there are always options to adjust the intensity of exercises.
Each session lasts around 45 minutes and takes place outdoors behind the Beck Centre in Kendal.
Come along to improve your fitness, boost your energy and connect with other parents in a friendly environment.
Please bring:
• Your buggy / pram
• Water
• Comfortable exercise clothing and trainers
• Weather-appropriate clothing (we train outdoors)
The class is suitable for parents with babies or toddlers in buggies.
If you are recently post-natal, please ensure you have had your 6–8 week post-natal check and feel ready to return to exercise.
