Details

Racquel “Rack Attack” Cowley is a qualified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, Women’s Fitness Coach, NHS Paramedic and founder of StrongHer.

For years she has helped women of all ages build strength, improve confidence and feel better in their own bodies through realistic, sustainable training. As a busy mum, she understands the challenges women face when trying to prioritise their health, fitness and wellbeing.

Her mission is simple: to help women become stronger, healthier and more confident, both physically and mentally. Because every woman deserves to feel strong, capable and confident.

The session will cover:
• Why weights matter - many women still believe that lifting weights will make them “bulky” or that cardio is the only way to lose weight.
• The benefits of strength training for women
What You’ll Learn:
• How to start strength training safely.
• The basic movements every woman should know.
• How often you should train.
• Why nutrition matters alongside training.
• How to build confidence in the gym.
• How strength training supports long-term health.
