Lucy Colbourne from Blue Sheep Wellness will be talking about different types of yoga and their benefits, as well as breathwork and she will provide two short tasters of Yoga Nidra and breathwork.
The session will include the following:
• Yoga and me - perfectly imperfect!
• A class for every mood - your own journey
• Breathwork - the effects that different breathwork can achieve, explore and experiment with a taster of some guided breathwork.
• Alpaca yoga - where yoga meets joy (and a little fluff!)
• Yoga Nidra - what it is and the benefits, followed by a short taster of a Yoga Nidra experience.
