RELAX KIDS @ THE ARZEN COLLECTIVE (18TH APRIL-9TH MAY)

✨ Relax Kids (Ages 5–11) ✨

A magical, confidence-building class designed to support children’s emotional wellbeing in a fun, nurturing way 🤍
Perfect for children who benefit from movement, creativity, and gentle emotional support in a non-pressured environment, with space to be themselves and build confidence and friendships.

Relax Kids follows a unique 7-step method – Move, Play, Stretch, Feel, Breathe, Believe & Relax – helping children learn how to understand their feelings, calm their bodies, and build self-belief through movement, games, yoga, positive affirmations, imaginative breathing techniques and mindful crafts/activities, including some seasonal themes.

Each session finishes with a calming relaxation, where the children lie down under soft lights, helping their bodies and minds gently unwind.
✨ Please bring a small blanket and/or a soft teddy for this part of the session.

🕥 10:30–11:30am
📍 The Arzen Collective, Lisburn
💷 £36 for a 4-week course or £10 drop-in (limited spaces)
✨ Small group (maximum 8 children)

This is a drop-off session, allowing children to participate independently and gain the full benefit of the calm, focus, and relaxation activities without distraction. This approach supports confidence, regulation, and deeper engagement in the session. Thank you for understanding 🤍
