This beautiful 4-week term begins with a special Mother’s Day session in Week 1, including a simple keepsake craft and a little sweet treat just for you 🤍
In Week 4, we’ll finish the term with a simple cute Easter keepsake to celebrate the season together 🌷🐣
These gentle baby yoga sessions are suitable for babies from 8 weeks to crawling and include:
• Gentle yoga for mum and baby
• Songs and tummy time activities
• Relaxation and mindfulness
• Time to connect with other mums
• A warm drink and sweet treat each week in a supportive, baby-led environment

No yoga experience is needed. These sessions are gentle and accessible for all.

Wear comfy clothes and please bring water, a reusable cup (closed lid) if you have one and a blanket for yourself for our relaxation at the end, and a little baby blanket. Everything else will be provided - Just come as you are.
There is limited free parking outside the parish centre and the main church car park is free until 11.30am just drive through the barrier and when exiting the barrier will lift. Otherwise you will find on-street parking or nearby carparks.

Please note mass is held at 10am in the church, so the car park may be busy at times.Parking is free to the left of the church grounds from 9.30-11.30am. Outside the parish centre there is free parking but spaces are limited, There is on street parking outside and car parks nearby if needed.
