Join Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure for South Asian Heritage Month
This session will be celebrating Nepal through a trek simulation of Mount Everest, featuring HIIT circuits, steps and more!
Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure have partnered with the Redbridge Institute of Adult Education to deliver this session as part of their project: Active Body, Healthy Mind.
Instructions
Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing and bring water to keep hydrated.
