This workshop will explore ways to maintain and enhance our ability to breathe effectively. We will delve into the anatomy and chemistry of breathing, alongside the role of breath in Pranayama practice.

Participants will discover how movement and postures can support lung function, while cultivating awareness of the subtle interplay between breath and movement.

The session will also incorporate mudras, bandhas, and other techniques to deepen our understanding of the diaphragm—the primary breathing muscle—and its function.

We will conclude with calming breathing techniques designed to balance the nervous system and encourage profound relaxation.
