We're bringing together ALL AE Dancers (plus friends/families/cheerleaders) for an evening of performing, cheering and PARTYING!!!
This two-pronged event will include (1) a full community showcase and (2) THE BIG OL' HOEDOWN ft. live band (not pure country, don't panic), pizza truck, MASSIVE DISCO ENERGY and a surprise guest act...
6.00pm - Dancers arrive🕺🏽
6.00-7.30pm - Pre-show rehearsals 🪩
7.15pm - Audience members arrive 📣
7.45-9.30pm - SHOWTIME! 🎭
9.30-midnight - PARTY TIME! 🎉
All dancers and guests must buy a ticket (one ticket per person). Each ticket includes
-Entrance to the event (Show + After-Party)
-Pizza 🍕
DANCERS - before June 13th, please make sure you've also signed up on the Google doc and joined the WhatsApp group.
-You can cancel your tickets up to 7pm on June 23* and you will be refunded. But we will need to charge 50p per cancelled ticket to cover the transaction fee.
To cancel, head to your booking confirmation email, click View Booking, then Ticket Options, then Cancel Ticket. If you cancel, you'll be sent your refund within 2 business days. (*This is when we need to confirm numbers with the food truck).
