This is a weekly, 6 session course that will teach you the basics of getting started in Dressmaking and lots of handy, professional tips too. We keep the classes smaller so you can have more one-to-one time with your tutor if need be.
The course consists of six individual stand-alone classes, As you progress through the course, learning important dressmaking skills as you go, you will make a set of samples to save in a handy folder and use as a reference. By the end of the course you should be able to make a simple garment using the skills you have learnt, maybe progressing on to the other classes we offer to improve your confidence and skills.
We also offer the option to book an individual class if you are only interested in a particular technique.
