Get your creative juices flowing whilst creating a take away journal where you can practice some self care and mental health support.
All supplies provided, however if you have anything decorative you would like to add or share, please bring it along.
We will discuss the importance of good mental health, how this can be achieved and the benefits of journaling
This is a funded event by WYADHD and is free to attend for parents/carers (18+) who need a bit of time to themselves to relax and do something fun.
Whilst this is a free to attend event we do rely on donations to put these events on and carry on the work we do with our community. Any donation you choose to make is appreciated, this can be done through our website or on the day with your host
Instructions
All supplies provided, however if you have anything decorative you would like to add or share, please bring it along.
If you are unable to attend this event after booking please cancel as soon as possible you can do this through your booking conformation email.
We understand things can happen last minute, however the charity will still be paying for an unused place that someone else could enjoy. No shows or multiple last minute cancellations may result in not being able to make future bookings for events.
