Children will enjoy a variety of fun yoga practices and creative projects which aim to foster a sense of connection and compassion to themselves, to others and to the environment.
Our intention is to empower children, and to keep their natural spark of curiosity lit so that we can see the next generation grow up as sensitive, resilient, understanding human beings, proud of their own unique strengths.
A typical session will include yoga practice, games, and short relaxation, crafts, mindfulness.
All yoga equipment and art materials will be supplied and a fresh fruit snack will be provided.
This workshop is children only! Adults can drop off at 9.30am and collect at 12. If you are keen to practice yoga with your children do make sure you are on my mailing list to hear about Family Yoga classes.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. Children may like to bring along a blanket and/ or small soft toy for relaxation. Fresh fruit is provided for snack time, if you think your child will need an additional snack please do provide something in their bag.
