You are invited to join us for an evening of bliss, as you are guided through a gentle candle lit yin class, before getting cosy under a blanket and settling in for Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation and is a state of consciousness between sleeping and waking. It incorporates mediation, the balancing of emotional states, visualization, and self-healing.
A regular yoga Nidra practice may help with the following:
• Reduce anxiety
• Reduce blood pressure
• Help improve quality of sleep
• Assist with memory retention
• Reduce stress levels
This session is held in the Quimperle room.
Please bring a pillow for your head, blanket, eye pillow or scarf and water. If you feel the cold you may want to bring layers for the Nidra.
