These fun classes provide a mix of Postnatal Yoga, to reconnect with the body and ease out tensions, as well as Baby Yoga to support digestion and overall development.
Suitable 6 weeks after a birth or any time until your baby has started crawling.

You will need to bring a yoga mat (if you have one), and a blanket for your baby to lay on.
Due to restricted class sizes, bookings are non refundable.
