Small group class focused on maintaining and improving the function of the core and pelvic floor, whilst calming the nervous system.
Using the transformational Hypopressives breathing technique, alongside the complimentary practices that I have learnt over many years of teaching and training in this area. Includes standing, kneeling, all fours and lying positions.
Suitable for any woman who wants to:
*Maintain or Improve their core & pelvic floor function.
*Ease related symptoms (prolapse, leaking, urgency, heaviness or diastasis)
*Improve posture.
*Calm the nervous system using breathwork.
Hypopressives use posture, breath and apnoea (breath hold) to reduce pressure, lift organs and retrain reflexes.
Please note that the Hypopressives technique involves breath hold, which is not suitable during pregnancy or for anyone with a diagnosed heart condition.

You will need to bring a yoga or exercise mat and blanket. Other equipment will be supplied.
Due to restricted class sizes, bookings are non refundable. If you are unable to make any of the block there is no facility to extend, come to another class, or receive a refund.
In the event of the teacher cancelling the class you will receive a refund.
