Join us for a magical evening of Yoga, breathwork and sound in a beautiful secluded woodland in Maidstone. 7-9pm
As the sun dips below the horizon, we will practice grounding breathwork, a dynamic yoga flow and a crystal sound bowl meditation.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, the Sunset Yoga session is designed to melt away stress and leave you feeling refreshed, centred and grounded.
Give yourself Time to breathe, stretch, and 'simply be' as the sun sets.
Please bring a yoga mat and optional blanket, cushion or pillow for Crystal sound bowl session.
