Please bring your own mat. The Yoga Creative Studio is fully equipped with all other props.
FIND US:
Classes are held in the Art Room Studio at the Rye Creative Centre. When you arrive, walk to the right of the main building, down a short alley by the wire fencing. The studio entrance is at the back of the building on your left.
Students are invited to arrive a few minutes early to settle in, and to let me know if you have any injuries or issues.
Free parking is available at the venue.
