October Sound Bath - Turning Inwards
Summer has now given way to autumn, and nature is settling into the next stage of its seasonal cycle. The nights are drawing in, the leaves are changing colour and beginning to fall, and the last harvest is waiting to be gathered in. Acorns, conkers, seeds and nuts are ripening, fungi emerge from the woodland floor, and squirrels are busy gathering food for the months ahead. Further north, winter visitors such as redwings and fieldfares begin arriving from Scandinavia and northern Europe.
The Autumn Equinox has brought day and night back into balance, offering us a moment to pause and reflect on balance in our own lives. As nature begins to slow down and turn inwards in preparation for winter, we too can listen to the invitation to slow our pace, rest and nourish ourselves.
This seasonal sound bath is inspired by the changing landscape around us - the gentle letting go of leaves, the return of energy to the roots, and the quiet preparation for winter. It is an opportunity to release what you no longer need, draw your energy inwards, and make space for rest and renewal.
Through the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs and other instruments, you'll be invited to relax, reconnect with yourself, and take some time away from the busyness of everyday life.
Come as you are, get cosy, and allow yourself an hour of relaxation inspired by the turning of the season.
While sound healing is generally gentle and supportive, it may not be suitable for everyone. This workshop is not recommended for those:
