Seasonal Sound Bath - July

Details

This seasonal sound bath, held in midsummer, invites us to pause in the heart of the season.

As summer comes into full bloom, nature is even more abundant. Wildflower meadows are at their peak, full of cornflowers, poppies and daisies, while bees and butterflies hover from flower to flower, collecting pollen. Lavender fields fill the air with fragrance.

Sunflowers turn their faces to the light, dragonflies and damselflies skim over water, and the long days stretch into warm, golden evenings. Swifts fly overhead and, later, bats emerge at dusk.

The Buck Full Moon is a traditional sign of midsummer strength and growth.

As the brightness and pace of summer continue, this is an invitation to soften, ground, and find stillness amidst the bustle. It's a time to pause and notice what’s alive in you. Through guided relaxation and the resonance of sound healing instruments, we will align with the energy of the season, settle into the body, and receive the quiet clarity of wide summer skies and star-filled nights.

While sound healing is generally gentle and supportive, it may not be suitable for everyone. This session is not recommended for those:

  • with sound-induced epilepsy
  • in the first trimester of pregnancy
  • experiencing significant mental health challenges

If you have any questions or are unsure whether this session is right for you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch before booking.
