As we move towards the Summer Solstice, nature reaches its peak. June is a beautiful month of light and abundance. Wildflower meadows are alive with colour and the hum of bees, the air is sweet with the scent of roses and the evenings feel long and bright.
This session invites you to welcome the power of the sun into your life. Inspired by the Strawberry Moon, a traditional sign of the season's first harvest, it's a time to celebrate what is growing within you.
As the world around us gets busier with the rising energy of summer, this is an invitation to pause, and take some time out to find balance.
Through guided relaxation and the resonance of sound healing instruments, we will honour the solstice light, ground ourselves and absorb the season's warmth.
While sound healing is generally gentle and supportive, it may not be suitable for everyone. This workshop is not recommended for those:

Mats, blankets, cushions and eye masks are provided. Please bring a bottle of water and anything else you need to feel cosy and comfortable.
