Join Rhi & Tori for an evening of relaxation, 2 hours of gentle yoga, guided meditation and sound healing.
We will open the evening with a short relaxation to help you unwind from your week, draw you into the moment and set our intentions for the practice ahead.
This will be followed by a breath work practice to encourage deeper breathing, breath awareness and connection.
Then we will move through a gentle sequence of yoga poses that we will hold for longer amounts of time to allow for the release of tension and to encourage the flow of energy and wellness within.
You will be guided through a meditation aimed at releasing and regrounding your energy
To conclude Rhiannon will take you on a magical journey of sound healing frequencies using sound bowls, chimes and drum to allow the mind, body, and breath to harmonise and reset.
