Yoga and Pilates Truro

💚 A little winter reminder from us…

As we head into the colder months, we know that coughs, colds and winter bugs are likely to make an appearance!

We kindly ask everyone to be mindful of others in the studio. If you’re feeling unwell, please give your body the rest it needs and help us keep our classes a happy and healthy space for everyone.

Just a reminder that you can cancel or transfer your class up to 6 hours before it starts, so please make use of this if you’re not feeling well.

Thank you for helping us keep our studio a warm, welcoming and comfortable space for everyone. 💚
