Details

A long awaited Yoga class for anyone Trying to Conceive, whether you are trying to conceive naturally or with ART, Yoga can be really helpfulf or you and your partner.

Join us live online and receive the recording for up to 5 days to practice at your own leisure. There will also be supporting audios as we go along.

In this is unique and intimate online group, wherr we dedicate the time to reconnecting with the self - and our physical, emotional, mental & energetic wellbeing. We will allow the body and mind to rest through breathwork and pranayama, guided meditations, Yoga Nidra, mindfulness and Sound. We will prepare, stretch and strengthen the physical body with gentle hatha Yoga, flows and restorative postures.

We aim to harmonise all systems of the body - hormones, digestion, menstrual cycle, energise and stimulate the pelvic area. And we especially wish to soothe the nervous system at what can be a stressful time.

Why? Trying to conceive often coincides with some other deeply stressful life stuff - establishing & progressing careers, family commitments, social pressure to conform, buying a house, to name but a few. Coupled with lifestyle choices, can feel totally disconnected from your body with a knock on effect on ALL systems - nervous, respiratory, heart, hormonal and menstrual & reproductive health.

TTC Yoga helps you on all levels, giving you the space and tools to 
-slow down a little
deeply soothe the nervous system
-address your stress levels and develop calm through breath work and meditations. 
-improve sleep
relax muscles - nurture the body through gentle flowing and restorative postures 
-Improve blood flow to the pelvis and reproductive organs through pelvic-centric movement and awareness
-ensure your body is optimally prepared - physically, mentally and emotionally -  for conception, carrying baby and giving birth
be with,
-honour and give space to your feelings, without judgement
-to respect and hold sacred, your own fertility and how you fit in to the natural cycles of life.

Instructions

This class is online - you will be semt the link on booking.

You will need a Yoga mat or large blanket to lie on, lots of cushions, a blanket and a quiet space. Bolsters and blocks would be fabulous of course!
