• Physical Release: Learn how specific Yin Yoga poses can target areas of the body where stress and tension are commonly held, such as the hips, lower back, and shoulders.

Instructions

Functional yoga clothing is stretchy, breathable, and somewhat form-fitting. Find something you are comfortable in that keeps your attention on your practice instead of adjusting your outfit.

Extra layers are lovely for Yin practise, think cosy hoody and fluffy socks for extra long savasana.

Bring a bottle of water with you. You can refill it here.

Bring a large towel (bath size) for your class to cover your mat and to make a comfortable headrest.

Bring a yoga mat. If you don't have one, there are 'Yogamatters' mats available to purchase here.
