As the evenings get longer and the buds start to bloom why not emerge from your winter hibernation and warm into this nurturing and restorative Yin yoga session, guided by Grace who will lead you into a relaxing Nidra all to the backdrop of live sounds of crystal bowls, koshi chimes, gongs and many more taking you into a soothing and awakening Sound Bath.

What to bring:
Comfy clothes
A blanket
Water bottle
Optional: something to place over your eyes for Nirda (like an eye mask) and your own mat to double layer where you practise and rest
