Start your week with a dynamic soulful alignment based yoga flow designed to wake you up!
You will move with skilful alignment through a series of flow based asana, designed to create warmth and create a great uplifting start to your week.
Class is suitable for all levels, beginners to more experienced students can practice at the pace that suits them.

Please note: a discount will be applied if you are booking both this and Therapeutic Thursdays: Rasa Yoga for Radiant Health. You MUST book them at the same time for the discount to be applied.
