Drawing on various styles of yoga and the season to bring you a nourishing flow. Supporting our bodies, minds and nervous system. Always beginning with grounding, incorporating breathwork, meditation and movement, curated with an intentional playlist and scents to make your feel like your body just took a big sigh!
This class is suitable for all levels of experience!
Level: All Levels Welcome
Class starts at 6:30pm, please try to arrive 5mins before.
Please bring your own mat to practice, if you need to borrow one please do let me know before attending. Props / further equipment will be made available.
Please wear clothing that is easy to move in and that enables me to see how your body is moving.
It would be advisable not to eat in the hour prior to class.
Classes are non-refundable. If you can not attend a session for any reason please do let me know.
A 1.5% + £0.20 booking fee applies to bookings with a cost.
