Following the success of Sky's visit to the UK last May, he is back and this time offering a 3-night residential retreat down in Devon.
We have booked The Coach House, an 18-room retreat space, entirely for Sky's group, at the Sharpham Estate, close to Totnes. There are 9 single rooms, 4 twin rooms and 2 double bedrooms (for couples ideally), so do book early if you would like to be on retreat with Sky.
Arrival is from 5pm on Sunday 16 May, for a welcome and evening class with Sky, followed by dinner and a good night's sleep! We will then have morning and evening classes on Monday and Tuesday, with a morning class on Wednesday, before departure at 12pm that day.
In between sessions, Biodynamic Craniosacral therapist and family constellations facilitator, Jean-Manuel will be with us to offer workshop-style sessions. Walking in nature, trips to the coast or simply relaxing in the extensive grounds of Sharpham, are all available during our stay.
Level: All levels
For yoga, please bring your yoga mat (some spares will be available if you forget or don't have one), a cosy blanket for relaxation / savasana, a water bottle, journal and pencil / pen, and cosy socks. We suggest waking shoes, a raincoat / coat depending on weather and perhaps a swimming costume and towel. You know what else you need for a 3-night stay away!
