Hatha Yoga (Gentle Yoga)
Rejuvenate your muscles and your mind for the week ahead with this hatha yoga practice focused on reducing stress, and building flexibility and strength.
With hatha yoga, you move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.
Each month there is a different focus or theme.
This practice is open to all (including beginners).
Cancellations & Transfers
All-Inclusive/Unlimited Members Due to the nature of memberships, I’m unable to transfer or refund missed sessions. If you’re unable to attend a class, please do let me know.
5 Class Pass
Valid for 56 days from date of purchase.
A minimum of 8 hours’ notice is required to transfer a booking.
Cancellations made after this time, or no-shows, cannot be transferred or refunded.
Transfers are offered as a courtesy and are limited to a maximum of 2 per pass.

Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before class starts
Mat & props provided for new students.
• Wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in.
• Bring a blanket to cover up in relaxation
