Hatha Yoga (Gentle Yoga)
Rejuvenate your muscles and your mind for the week ahead with this Hatha yoga practice focused on reducing stress, and building flexibility and strength.
With Hatha yoga, you move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.
Each month there is a different focus or theme.
This practice is open to all (including beginners).
Please arrive 5 minutes before so that you have time to settle and are not rushed.
Mat & props provided
Wear comfortable loose clothes that you can move freely in. Layers are always good so you can keep warm (cardigan, hoodie, fluffy socks)
Bring a blanket to cover up in relaxation and a sealed water bottle for comfort breaks.
Cancellations Policy:
Block booking - Discounted price for booking the whole 6 sessions. I am strictly unable to transfer or refund in the event of missed sessions. Please be sure you can come to all the dates before you book.
