REMEMBERING HER: A homecoming

Sunday, 14 June '26   4:30pm – 6:30pm BST
WI Hall (Across the road from Grouch), New Road, Moreton-in-Marsh, GL56 0AS
9 spaces available

Details

Somewhere along the way, we learn to shape ourselves around the needs of others.

We become who we need to be to feel loved, chosen, needed or safe.
Slowly losing touch with ourselves in the process.

Remembering Her is a gentle evening for women who are ready to reconnect with themselves after self abandonment in relationships, overgiving and carrying the weight of being everything for everyone else.

This is not about becoming someone new, it's about returning to yourself.

Expect gentle movement, meditation, journalling, connection and conversation in a safe and supportive space.

You do not need to have experience with any of these practices, and there will never be pressure to share more than feels comfortable.

I created the kind of space I’ve been needing myself recently, and if something in you resonates with this, I'd love to have you.
