6 week Online Course:
Gentle movement, breath & mindfulness for pain.
Learn to work with, and move past your pain. We will learn about the latest pain science and practice simple, seated movement, learn gentle breathing techniques, cultivate mindfulness and finish with a guided relaxation.
Homework in between the sessions will be encouraged, but this will not be too arduous!

Participants will need access to Facebook as the course will take place in a private Facebook group.

This course is NOT RECOMMENDED for anyone struggling with a significant mental health conditions or a severe acute flare up of a physical health condition.
I am very happy to work with people in these cases, but a 121 format works best for this.
