A cosy morning of grounding yoga, breathwork, meditation, mantra & deep relaxation, as well as nourishing herbal tea and homemade treats.

Suitable for all, including beginners.

Bring along a yoga mat, as well as any cushions, blankets etc to help you feel super comfy and cosy 😊🧦🧣
