3.5h workshop with Jo McCoy & Caroline Foster to celebrate the Winter Solstice ✨🤍✨

All welcome including beginners to yoga.

Please not that the gong is not recommended in pregnancy.

Instructions

Please bring along a yoga mat if you have one (some are available to borrow if required).

You may also wish to bring:

  • notebook & pen
  • blanket
  • pillow
