Feel good morning flow is the perfect place to start if you are new to yoga or simply want a slower-paced practice, less challenging than some of are other classes, our morning flow class is simply about finding ease and enjoyment in your body.
Starting with some feel good deeper stretches, we will then gradually build in to a gentle flow, connecting breath to movement, taking it slow and steady, allowing you time to feel into the poses and enjoyment in the way that you move.
This class will always end will a nice long relaxation, ensuring you leave feeling fully recharged yet rested for your day ahead.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class so you have time to settle in and the class can start on time.
