This Deeply nurturing Sound Bath is the perfect late Autumn reset.

This is your opportunity to lay down, completely unwind and let go.

Find your self transported into the soothing world where you can be deeply nurtured by the gentle waves of Himalayan Bowls, Earth Gong and Crystal singing bowls.

The session will come gently to a close with therapeutic percussion so you are left feeling utterly relaxed, replenished and rested.
