The class begins with some grounding breath work and intention setting, followed by warming up and stretching out the entire body.
You'll then be guided through a fluid and uplifting sequence of salutations, asanas, and balances.
A beautiful harmonisation of movement, breath and music designed to make you make you feel amazing, inside, and out.
This class is suitable to all levels.
