Love & Restore Workshop with Helen Olivia

Join us for an afternoon of Self care, self reflection, gentle yoga and connection in a thoughtfully created workshop designed to embrace you. 
 
We will unite in sacred space, to take a nourishing and healing combination of practices to remind yourself of the importance and value of You. 
 
With gentle flow, relaxing Yin / Restorative and some healing reflective meditations, come as you are, leave feeling all the love. This practice is a feminine inspired and deeply heart centred offering to embrace your receptive, yet empowered feminine essence. 
 
This offering will be using essential oils, and a warming, heart opening cacao for that extra indulgence and self care.
