Live Cello & Restorative Rest

We are so excited to offer you this beautiful collaboration of Live Cello & Restful Restorative Yoga, A Perfect opportunity you to take a deep winter reset, to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful sounds of the live Cello.

This unique collaboration with Lancaster based cellist & composer Maja Bugge and Nicki Sorbie, Yoga teacher and founder of Yoga Dragon.

Maja is a Lancaster based Norwegian cellist who creates deeply moving and meditative pieces of music and is renowned for her creative talent and sensitivity as both a cellist and composer.

For this special event Maja will create a beautiful soundscape of live cello in which you are invited to lay back, relax and absorb the sounds and vibrations around you.

Nicki will invite you to use the props and blankets to guild you through some deeply restorative floor based poses.

Our aim is for you to feel completely relaxed and to enjoy the uniqueness of a lay-down concert.
