Expect a fun and vibrant vinyasa flow aimed at setting you up for the week ahead. Open to all levels, this Vinyasa flow is based in the foundations of traditional asana practise, you will start with some delicious deep stretching easing you in to a more mindful, dynamic and fun flow. Expect movement, breath work, cool music and laughter. ( Open to all levels )
