This offering will be infused with the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine. Discover your meridian system and connect to acupressure points which support restful sleep, offering inspiration for your sleep routine.
Helen will be using essential oils for that extra healing sense, and you will be able to purchase some on the day should you wish that extra support when you leave.
The practice includes calming breathwork, acupressure, yin, and deep relaxation with wisdom guidance according to Eastern philosophy and traditional Chinese medicine.
