You will be welcomed with a divine Ceremonial cup of heart warming Cacao to deepen your experience of healing and relaxation, a perfect time just for you to relax and leave all the hustle of the out side world behind.
This glorious mix of Cacao, Yin Yoga accompanied by a live sound Bath, a perfect deep winter reset for mind body and soul.
This is a wonderful opportunity to relax and enjoy a deeply nurturing Yin sequence designed to release muscular tension and restore natural equilibrium through out the whole body.
During this time you will be bathed and soothed by a harmonious and therapeutic sounds of Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes and gentle percussion, inviting you into to a deeper sense of calm.
You will leave floating on a cloud into your Sunday evening feeling utterly relaxed and refreshed.
Hosted by Nicki Sorbie the founder and yin yoga teacher at Yoga Dragon and Phil Gibson who is a trained sound therapist, musician and composer.

Instructions
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class so you have time to settle in and the class can start on time.
Footwear and coats must all be placed in the cloakroom in the kitchen area and all mobile phones to be silenced.
There is to be no food or drinks in the studio apart from water which must be in a water bottle.
If you need to cancel or transfer a class it must be done within 8 hours of the class start time.
