Welcome to your midweek reset as this class offers you a perfect opportunity to explore two opposite types of Yoga.
This Yang to Yin Style class Bryony will lead you through an energising vinyasa to build heat in the body, tap into the breath and cultivate strength and alignment, before slowing down and dropping into a series of nourishing, yin-style poses. You will be invited to find support in your poses using yoga blocks and bolsters and letting your breath guide you a little bit deeper.
An ideal class for releasing tension and winding down for the evening.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class so you have time to settle in and the class can start on time.
