In this 2 hour workshop with Sian you'll explore the tools and techniques of breathwork, yoga and meditation.
We'll start with a gentle warm up to set the scene and prepare the body.
Then move into a breathwork practice, followed by yoga session that will include strength-based drills, preparations and postures.
The session will finish with an extended relaxation and guided meditation so that you emerge both rested and inspired.
The studio is well equipped with mats, bolsters, bricks and straps so you don't need to bring props, though you're welcome to bring your own mat.
Bring a bottle of water.
And a warm layer and/or blanket for the extended relaxation at the end of class
