Yoga classes for those new to yoga or those who have attended some yoga classes and have a foundational practice. Come along and give your mind and body the slice of solice it has been craving.
Level: Beginner, Intermediate
Come along to Bab'yama: 23 Castlegate, Berwick Upon Tweed, TD15 1LF. The yoga studio is upstairs and to the right when you get to the top of the stairs.
If you have your own mat please bring it along, otherwise the necessary equipment will be provided. Please be ready to practice in your bare feet or by using special yoga/trampolining socks with grips on the soles.
