✨ Join Nicole and Hannah for a refreshing morning designed to help you unwind, reset, and feel more like yourself again. Set within the calming surroundings of The Retreat, this 10:30am–1:30pm experience blends gentle movement, steady breath, and moments of deep rest. ✨
🧘♀️ Nicole will guide you through a warm, gradual yoga practice that builds into a simple yet effective flow, suitable for beginners as well as seasoned yogis. As your body loosens and your mind settles, the session eases into soothing restorative poses that prepare you for Hannah’s guided breathwork experience.
🫁 Hannah’s breathwork session you can expect a deeply nurturing space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and release what no longer serves you. Through guided conscious breathing, soft somatic movement, and moments of quiet reflection, you’ll be supported in calming your nervous system and dropping into a place of inner peace.
💞 This morning retreat is an opportunity to pause, reset, and give yourself time to feel balanced, calm, and recharged. 💞
Please bring the following;
✨ A yoga mat if you have one, if you don't, please let us know and we can provide one.
✨ Also it would be a good idea to bring along with a journal in case you have anything that you need to release during or after the practice.
✨ As well as a bottle of water to keep you hydrated.
✨ Oh and a jumper in case you get a little chilly!!
