Led by Mo, a highly experienced teacher with 30 years of experience as a health professional and advanced yoga training, this class combines expert knowledge of the body with the therapeutic benefits of yoga.

I advise arriving 5-10 minutes before class to choose your chair and get settled. No special equipment or clothes needed. Wear loose fitting clothes so you can move comfortably and something warm as the body cools down during relaxation. A drink of water is a good idea as the practice moves toxins from the body.
Chairs are provided and there is a lovely café in the building so you can treat yourself to a coffee after class.
It is usually safe for anyone to practice yoga, however I would encourage you to check with your doctor if you have any medical issues (physical or mental) and are at all unsure.
PLEASE NOTE: Should the classes need to stop at any time due to changes in Covid 19 policies and guidance, any classes you have booked in advance will take place online.
If there are no spaces available, your details will be placed on a waiting list and you will be notified when a space becomes available.
